30 Days Return, One Year Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if any return needed.Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address.

1.Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
2.defective or damaged item, missing item(s), wrong item(s), please contact us at within 7 days.
3.Items must be unworn, and there are origianl tags attached,with original pack.
4.With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5.We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
6.Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
7.Return will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
8.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team,Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.

Our Solutions

1. Lasercome's Responsibility

If our company should be responsible for the issue, we will allow return and refund all the involved costs.(such as wrong item delivered).Once we receive the returned item, we will refund full original product price and return shipping fees or resend product for free.

2. Customer's responsibility

Incorrect Order(size of item) or Unwanted/Disliked Item
If the customer want to return the items as his/her own reason, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for these two parts fees:

The shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse)
4.4% of order total value. (Paypal transaction fee)
5% of the order total value. (labor commission and service charge)

The customer need to provide return tracking number and payment proof to us, we will arrange the refund once we receive returned package.

Compensation Process

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours;Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
