Description
In this statement,
"Lasercome" means Lasercome.com;
"Product" means all the products sold by lasercome,including Atomstack,Ortur, Sculpfun, NEJE, xTool series products etc.
"Purchaser" means the original consumer who purchased the product;

Warranty
1.Lasercome applies the warranty period of twelve (12) months on all products.Lasercome respects the rights and claims the Customer has in possession.The warranty is valid from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser.

2. When a product has a defect within the warranty period,please contact us via support@lasercome.com. A return form will be sent to you. After the form has been approved, the product can be returned for repair. For a defect within the warranty period by the customers caused own,Lasercome will give an estimate of the repair costs that includes material and labor plus the costs for return shipment. If the previous statement is true, any costs, will be covered by customers.

3. Warranty on products will be rendered void when:
3.1 The warranty period has expired
3.2 Inappropriate usage
3.3 When the product is not in its original state, for example due to modifications
3.4 When the product has been used in combinations with accessories that not support the product.
3.5 Unsupported software or firmware
4. When a defect has been caused by the customer the costs for the repairs and shipment are for the customer to bear.
5. Warranty on all products only applies to the main unit.(If you need other accessories support,you can contact us. We will try our best to help you)

Warranty Range
The warranty service described in this statement is only applicable to the products purchased by the buyer on Lasercome.com. The warranty is effective from the purchaser's original purchase date.

To request a repair please write an email to: support@lasercome.com.
Give the defect description with a short video or photos with order number.Upon receiving your Email, we will respond within 24 business hours.
