ATOMSTACK A5 M40 is the upgrade version of Atomstack A5 Pro, the most powerful model of A5 series by far,.It can generate laser in light spot of 0.16*0.19mm with useing the advanced compressed laser spot technology.The more powerful laser allows you to cut 6mm thick wood and acrylic easily, also engraving on smooth stainless steel and ceramic.
Main Features:
1. New eye protection design: The laser shield perfectly protects your eyes, filtering UV rays up to 97%. You and those around you can watch laser engraving without goggles. Reduce the cost of your goggles and the inconvenience of wearing them.
2. Sturdy and easy-to-install structure design: All aluminum alloy anodized structure design makes the machine more durable and improves the engraving accuracy. The entire structure is designed for quick assembly, which can generally be completed within 10-20 minutes.
3. Upgrade high-performance fixed-focus laser: no need to adjust focus before engraving; the focal spot area of the new laser is only 1/3 of the spot area of other ordinary lasers, and the new laser combines precise engraving and high-energy simultaneous cutting. The laser power of fixed-focus lasers is more stable than that of variable-focus lasers.
4. Wide compatibility: Atomstack machine is compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL, LightBurn, supports Win XP/Win 7/Win 8/XP/Win 10, also supports IOS system (LightBurn), and the engraving file format supports NC , BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, etc.
5. Accurate tick axis: There are precise tick marks on the X-axis and Y-axis, which is convenient for rapid length measurement. 410x400mm large area engraving spacing to meet your various engraving needs.
6. Ultra-fine compression laser: The laser power is 5~5.5W, and the focusing area of the ultra-fine laser is reduced to 0.08*0.08mm. The high-density laser can easily cut 6mm thick wood and black acrylic; it can directly engrave smooth stainless steel metal and ceramics.
7. Integral screw rod: This machine adopts one-piece screw instead of combined coupling. The stepping motor and the screw are integrally formed, making the laser movement more precise and the coupling more durable.
